Olopatadine is Selective H1 receptor antagonist and inhibitor of histamine release from the mast cell for topical administration to the eyes. A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness & swelling) in the eye.
